No clue maybe @PeaJay or someone else from TSB can answer this as it would be VERY beneficial for this data since this controversial requirement was put in place.
I agree, @EscapeRoomArtist . This is very important because I have received many questions about the process where some artists do not understand how it works, and many of them have never published on their LANDs even though they have been part of the community for many years.
I was particularly happy to see TSB allocating a high substantial amount SAND to the TOP1000. I truly will do my best to help artists and lone wolves to be there, but the questions raised are complicated. I wouldnât want to see Artists stepping away from the Builders challenge over small things like those.
I have considered walking away from it⌠it does not match up with my plans for the Builders Challenge.
To be 1000000% clear, I am here for the common-unity! So if I donât decide to participate in BC I will be playing the communities games to help them with rewards.
I understand the seriousness of the overall situation, but hold on a bit until we talk on Friday. This time TSB managed to deeply affect me, indeed I have to understand what is happening.
I may not have properly communicated my position⌠I am not saying I am walking away from building⌠heck, I bought another land today! I was just saying that because of this limitation I may not be participating in the Builders Challenge as a builder, TSBâs restrictions prevent what I was planning. The eligibility requirements of the 10 âuniqueâ per week, I canât run what I had planned because everyone is going to want to start at the same time so my first week would have the most participation and I assume my following week would suffer âuniquenessâ. Also, I have not made my participation as a builder decision yet⌠but will be participating as a player because of my common-unity members! As a community focused person, I will always be there! To help teach game logic, guide through the chaos (like now), and answer questions that are often dodged and/or hidden.

The tools we have now with 0.10 with the new CHAT features will change this BC this time. I dont even know if TSB know about this features. But in any case, see you friday.
I also bought LAND today. Believe it or not , I bought it from my GameJam partner. Iâm going to stick to my plan even if this situation doesnât get clear, and Iâll motivate whoever I can to continue with their plans regardless.
I havenât checked how much SAND we need this time, since the question above hasnât been answered, and ya I do agree that 50% boost is unnecessary high.
I think it would be best to provide creators with an OR option for this category, to give more flexibility. If you own an IP asset, you can easily use it. Alternatively as you suggested, we could explore opportunities within the artist community.
Hello! I understand the confusion. At the moment, only the assets listed the collections shared in the medium article enable the boost. Snoop Dogg, Steve Aoki, Paris Hilton, Care Bears, Playboy, Ubisoft, Warner Music Group, Deadmau5, The Walking Dead, People of Crypto, Invincible, The Voice, Captain Tsubasa, Fist of the North Star, and The Smurfs

I understand the need for clarity here. Scenario C is what you need to qualify. Having 10 players in you experience each week is enough.
Hello @VauxMachina, unfortunately, you cannot do that. Would have loved to say yes, it would have pretty cool to see. At the moment this wonât enable the boost unfortunately.
Unfortunately, I do not understand what you are trying to do. Avatars are not modifiable.

Many of these IP assets are minted by @SandboxGame.
It would be best to provide a clear asset list, on which assets count for a valid boost so we donât have to guess.

If a unique player visits your experience multiple times does their session lengths get combined into one single total session length? If not then is it only the first session length taken into account or the longest or average or last? Could see problems arising when thereâs accidental crashes or when hosting competitions or experiences that require full resets.
Your rank is calculated according to your Engagement Score, which can be calculated by multiplying the average session length of your experience by the total number of visits made by players who have accomplished at least one quest.
A unique player can have multiple sessions, every session played influences both your average session length and and your total number of visits. Even if there are crashes, the session is recorded.

Are the unique players tied to the game or the land. Could people unpublish their game and reupload/ upload a new draft and it reset the unique player count after two weeks.
Is unique players going to be counted from the very start of the builders challenge or will existing metrics of unique players in that land / published draft version affect the metrics of this builders challenge?
1 - Unique players are tied to your game. The unique player count wonât be refreshed by unpublishing your experience. You are required to have 10 Unique players each week, every 1-week period to be eligible for the 2 week period.
2 - The unique player count starts at the very beginning of BC 2 on June 24.

You need 10 unique players each week, not 20. If 10 players play your game on week 1 and 10 other players play your game on week 2 you will be eligible for that 2 week reward period. It can be the same players, thatâs ok. Thereâs a âunique playerâ count in your analytics page.

@PeaJay Thanks for the reply⌠it is disappointing that some of the assets that are on brand are not eligible⌠however, we are coming to understand that this is starting to be a pay to earn environment more than a play to earn. I am lucky to, but I just feel for those developers who may not have the resources to benefit from this because they have the wrong âBranded IPâ assets in their wallet and canât afford to spend the money to purchase the assets that are more or less required. This seems to be another misstep in the decision makers. This saddens me as a community focused developer.

*A). Builder has player â1-10â play in week 1. Those same players (1-10) come and play week 2. (Which is 10 unique players)
*B). Builder has player â1-10â play in week 1. New players (11-20) come and play week 2. (Which is 20 unique players)
