Please find the preliminary rankings for weeks 5 and 6 below. Several reports and pieces of evidence submitted through our official form are still under review, and adjustments may be made based on our findings. It’s important to understand that these rankings are provisional.

We encourage everyone to continue using the reporting form to alert us to any issues within the experiences. Your active participation helps us ensure the integrity of the competition.

Reminder on Duplicate Rankings:
Adjustments concerning duplicate/template experiences may cause some ranks to appear unusual. These experiences retain their original rankings, but other entries are not affected and may appear higher as a result. See our original statement on this for more information. We will continue to make necessary corrections as more information becomes available.

I note with great regret that the unfair ban you inflicted on me did not only refer to ranking #3-4, but also in this provisional ranking my D.N.S. experience don’t appear.
I don’t know what you are doing, but my first time in a Builder challenge contest with TSB is really bad.
If I wanted to learn how to build in this metaverse, now this desire is ending before it even started.
Fewer people are approaching TSB, and more and more people are moving away.
If this is the trend, you will be left alone with your studios.
I hope you will re-include my “D.N.S. Deep Night Sword” experience in this provisional ranking(weeks #5-6)

I’m really grateful to see these results. However, we nearly doubled our score during the one week our game was featured (almost 190k!), which shows just how much the platform itself can influence who ranks in the top 3. For BC3, I’d suggest rethinking player incentives. Feature games, but avoid offering monetary rewards—let the real players decide if they want to participate in the P2E system of featured games and earn SAND the ‘hard’ way.

As for GATS, congratulations on a great marketing strategy that secured those top positions. I might need to reconsider and adopt your approach for my other games, which struggle to even break into the top 20.

This may be an unpopular opinion,

Its clear the current system for the BC isn’t working and needs tweaks.
2 issues are clear to me

1. Bots
   2.Experience spamming

While bots its something that we (the community) cannot fix, it would need addressing by TSB themselves

As for the BC system I have a suggestion rather then each experience having a score and being on the leader board, total the scores and have the account names be used for the LB with a total of the score from all experiences submitted under the account. Lower the reward positions to 250 ish places and balance the Sand better across the LB.

This method feels more like a builders challenge rather then focusing on each experience we will be highlighting the creator themselves and all the games they create.

I can tell you right away that this cumulative experiences / account ranking would only create problems for some creators. In my case, I have 3 games published I have worked on alone and one i did with a team. Rewards for Pet’s Kitchen are shared between creators and myself while rewards for other experiences are my own. My teammates are also looking at this leaderboard to see where we are at.

I wrote on the forum last week and also emailed the address you provided for contact in the previous thread in case of issues, but I haven’t received any response. Now, after 6 weeks, my experiences have never appeared on the leaderboard, even though they have enough players and, as I understand it, they are not banned since I received an offer for my experience to be featured. I’m not angry, just disappointed. Could someone please give me some kind of answer?

Additionally, for some reason, I can no longer add links and images. The experiences are called: Run & Fight and Danger Roads

I have the same problem, bro. I haven’t received any messages about featuring, nor have I been notified that I’ve been banned, yet my experiences haven’t appeared on the leaderboard for more than half the time of event, and I don’t understand why.

I see a few of you still wondering why you aren’t appearing in any of the BC2 rankings.

Please make sure that you go through the up-to-date rules, point by point so nothing is missed, and check if you / your experience comply to all of them. A frequently forgotten rule is the following point:

Account Activity: Your Game Maker account must have been opened on seven different days to demonstrate genuine engagement with the platform.

Additionally, make sure to check that your experience has had visitors during this BC.

Lastly, make sure your account has completed KYC as this is necessary to receive any rewards in The Sandbox.

If you find that there are no issues still after careful review of each rule, let us know again.

Please note that holidays are upon us and we are missing some key staff members during this final summer month. Apologies for the inconvenience while response time may be slower than usual.

Hello, I have the same problem as the commenters above. I wrote about it two weeks ago (can’t add the link fo some reason) and since then I’ve logged into Game Maker almost every day to make sure I’ve met the requirement, even though I had already logged in for more than 7 days earlier. As for everything else, I haven’t broken any rules and have met all the conditions.
