Hi Rocksy. Sorry, I misread your comment about the events. It’s clear now what you were saying!
I understand what you mean with “infant stage” and “alpha.” It’s true that this can come off as an excuse. It’s sometimes used as such (I’m not referring specifically to TSB here, but in the game world generally). Regardless, there are times where this is, in fact, right. And I do think that the BC is one. Either way, this doesn’t give a free pass on mistakes and errors that could have been avoided. We are trying to make meaningful changes and improvements to amend this
“Existing duplicated experiences and those deemed spam, such as templates or empty LAND, will still be included in the rankings and will receive rewards.”
As a Person coming into this environment with a great amount of skepticism, I have been paying close attention to the contests in terms of the data and MY personal reaction when I first saw the Rankings and spent a few hours randomly picking out experiences and trying them out was Horror.
The TOP experience had 1200 plays… In terms of players in the world that is pretty depressing. No other experience was even close to that one…
Having a whole slew of Abandoned Ghost Experiences winning prizes makes the whole Project seem like a scam machine.
Why would you reward people that are making your Project look bad? It makes me mad to hear that someone who took a DUMP on the map will get Sand that could have been spent on development.
