NFT Image Display Issue

Hello all!

  1. NFT data can’t be retrieved and validated. It shows error in preview window. All NFT images are in the same collection, but only few images can be validated.

  2. Any workaround to display the NFT images? Is this issue due to TSB system? Can’t be solved from Creator’s side?

Hey @OrangeCAR

i would suggest opening that NFT on OpenSea and trying with the Refresh Metadata button. Maybe that NFT didn’t pull all the data from the server so TSB can’t access it. Maybe this helps. :crossed_fingers:

I have tried the refresh button, checked after few hours, but still error in GM :smiling_face_with_tear:

I have the same issue on 2 computers. I just see a white screen for any NFT Display image in any experience I play. Also, I get this error when trying to create my own NFT image display. I’ve only gotten it to work with a few images from OpenSean on Ethereum chain.
