As a creator in The Sandbox, it is currently too difficult to obtain all the catalysts that are needed and recover from mistakes.
It would be great to have a way to burn ASSETs we create to Recover Cats from them.
This could be restricted to ones we create to keep the flow going to creators or it could come from people purchasing other ASSETs to specifically burn for their cats or even burning old ones they never use anymore. I see benefits in both.
This would be useful for errors in minting as well as a way to encourage creators to keep creating if they have a collection that didn’t sell as expected. It would also help make collections more limited as burning excess unsold/undistributed ones would make the others more rare.
If this request is met, it would improve my experience because it would mean the financial investment for collections would be lowered.
