Thank you very much for addressing the analytics issue. Do you know anything regarding the average playtime? In our most active experience, ToM: Gaia’s Requiem, after the adjustment, the average playtime dropped to less than half, and we have users who spend several hours in the land farming resources.

While some users may spend a lot of time in the experience, it could simply be that there are many more who spend a lot less, ultimately lowering the avg time significantly. The drop, I imagine, happened after the analytics update? Supposedly because you suddenly got a lot more data, including low-playtime sessions.

We’re still working through some data issues, but these should only affect Singleplayer, so ToM: Gaia’s Requiem should be safe. Nevertheless, an update on this will arrive soon!

BC3 started on Feb 26, 5 PM UTC. Thus it will end on March 26, 5 PM UTC as well :slight_smile:

Yes, there was an issue on the 16th causing data not to appear on your dashboard. This was fixed yesterday. Please let me know if you experience any further issues :slight_smile:

Thanks for following up. We will not be posting the data at this time, but we are aware that this continues to be a popular wish and will keep this in mind for the next Builders’ Challenge. After seeing the poll results and evaluating the request, it may be that we need to address this differently.

Once rewards are distributed, we will formally collect feedback in the event and explore this topic further.
